Anyone that has traveled outside of the US for any extended period of time understands that race relations in the US are as good as if not better than most other nations.

Brazil - Lived there for 6 months while working and numerous trips back and forth before and after that time period. Horrible race relations... and the economic divide is stunning.... people living in villas and on the next hill over, Favellas.. slums literally built out of pallets and tarps.

China - Oh they hate blacks... they view them as entertaining but ultimately don't want them in their nation. Not enough of them there for the locals to care.. but they definitely see ethnic differences between the Han and other Chinese ethnic groups. It's a little papered over because EVERYONE fears the state.

Italy - The guys like black women but that's about where it stops.

Germany - they avoid any racial discussions because of that little incident with the Jews back in the 30s/40s.

France - Again... total hate on Blacks and they view their former N. African holdings as a mistake. Portions of their country are no-go zones even for the police. Ask a Frenchman over lunch about race relations and you will empty a bottle or two before you're done

Most other nations I've spent extended periods of time in aren't diverse enough for people to even care... Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Eastern Europe.

The only nation I've been in that comes close to the US in respect for minority rights is Canada... But that's because they were part of the Anglosphere and generally aren't much different between the UK, AUS, and the US.

As for LGBTQ#!@#$%^&*() etc, Most nations outside of Christian traditions don't have a ton of tolerance (I'm thinking mostly Muslim nations as that's where I've been). Don't know how Hindus regard them. Same for the Chinese.. never saw any evidence in China that gays even exist.

Actually Tiny, he's made it abundantly clear he DOESN'T know that.

Notice how he regards Europe as a single nation. There are 44 fucking countries in Europe today. They each have vastly different cultures and varying degrees of homogeneity or heterogeneity.

Only a fool would make sweeping generalizations and lump all 44 countries together on ANY metric.

Good post. I'd add Argentina and Thailand to your list, from personal experience. But 69in2it did say the USA was behind "developed" nations, so I don't know if they count. I haven't spent that much time in continental Europe, so your observations are interesting to me.

Sailers dictum is that if the dead outnumber the wounded - it's a white shooter. If the wounded outnumber the dead - it's a minority shooter.

Aiming is a White supremacist idea.
is that even true?

No dead but my brother's third grade class had a shooter. An emotionally damaged young man fired his father's .38 caliber revolver at a popular teacher six times. Missed every time and he was spirited away from town to never be heard of again. It was 1970.
while this is not a mass shooting, it was the first mass killing of school children using bombs.

It's a good rule of thumb. Mass shootings are defined if there are four or more victims. Doesn't require they die so when your typical minority shooter starts spraying in the line to the club cause someone disrespected his favorite porn star, they generally would several and kill 1-2.

As a rule of thumb it's pretty reliable. Just as though you can determine the race of the perpetrator by the fact they don't list them as white, it's good enough to be on average true.

Knowing how to read the Pravda will be an important skill moving forward.

there are several levels of racism in several countries.

Japan is prolly #2 on the racism scale.

#1 is Africa.

Europe and USA are at the bottom of the scale.
