The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world.
Prostitution is not legal because the women of our society do not want it to be.

I pretty young lady just left my hotel room after we had a lovely dinner and evening together. She used to be an escort, the very best this large city ever knew. We probably did some illegal things many years ago when she was working. But tonight we did all the exact same things only it was 100% legal because no funds were exchanged--we are now just a couple of long time friends.
I really didn't notice the streets of DC were any safer tonight than 10 years ago. I won't read that crime is less because I didn't pay her. The sidewalks are just as dirty, the traffic just as bad.
The illegality is not based upon any sound logic, but a desire for some people to impose their moral personal standards on others, nothing more, nothing less.

Nothing changes that much... Rambro is already fukn white chicks and no AA's are to be found (according to him) just saying.
There is no such a thing as real prostitution, its a political corrupt thing when the LE wants to target certain women.
A woman can get paid to have sex is a PORN STAR or a SUGAR BABY and thats legal.
If a woman is a gold digger she is definately a WHORE and it's legal.. but she is doing it with a false, missleading front. Shame on her...
Any way it goes, the man is going to pay one way or the other.
Forgot one, the lady that gets pregnant on purpose by a man so she can get money every month is a HO.. SHE IS THE WORSE KIND , u get fuked in the worse kinda way and there is no PLAY.
If you don't pay child support you go to jail cuz you doing somethign illegal.. the tables did turn.
Moral of the story... it all depend on how the law looks at it.

Its only a crime because government doesnt have their hands in the money. If they could tax it then it would be fine.

The women that have been shown on TV documentaries that are against prostitution being legal all seem to be ugly as hell!!
Women can be very caddy and jealous, so I propose it is te ugly women that want it to be illegal because they are jealous, they cannot find a man to have sex with much less pay them for it. Just a thought, but it is true, the last documentary on it I watched the women against it were ugly!!! The women for it were great looking ladies, lol.

Probably great looking ladies with nothing going for them in life either. I prefer this not be any more broadcasted than it already is. There is a huge difference in making it not a criminal act and making it legal..I am for the first. Take away the criminal aspect and the govt. can't do crap about taxing it. I will not be forced to get a hooker license in my real freaking name...are you serious? Just like an arrest record, that stays with you. It would only be a nice idea for women naive enough to think their looks are going to last forever lol. I would never want my family and friends much less my child, to know what I did to get somewhere else in life.
I will also not be forced to pay taxes on every dime I make...I pay more than 40 percent less travel expenses and I give 10 percent to charity...that's enough. Many women love this business because we can and will do what we want...if the govt. got involved they would be our pimp.
Some women want to preserve what they worked hard for outside of this business, and making this like any other job would make them vulnerable to more scrutiny from the professionals they might want to work for. Just because you make it legal, does not mean it will EVER be "acceptable." Many companies would still not hire you if they found out you were in this business. They might not be able to legally tell you that, but trust me...you would never get that second interview.

Candidate Rambro,
Here are the keys to a successful campaign...
1) Divert the morality issue. Explain to the voters that prostitution is morally reprehensible (you don't have to actually believe this; remember, you're a politician), but resources are scarce, and resources need to be focused on human trafficking. Resources spent on stopping consenting adults are resources not spent saving victims of human trafficking. Get some traditional churches on board, and you're in good shape.
2) Hit the economic angle, hard. Times are tough. Our infrastructure is collapsing. The national debt is skyrocketing. The sky is falling (this might be an exaggeration). If it's legal, it can be taxed -- cha ching! "I don't know about you, honey, but I think this new road rides really well. It's so smooth, and...tight,...and...what was I talking about?" Don't use the last part of that example. Anyway, new roads, schools, monuments to Puritan forefathers, etc. can be built with money generated from taxing "the hobby." It can also be regulated. Heavy fines for operating in restricted zones -- cha ching! More roads and other government goodies!
3) Hit the therapeutic angle. This might only play in California (think medical marijuana), but find research on the mental health benefits of folks getting enough O's.
4) Don't play the racial angle. That will negate all of the above. No offense, that's just how I think it will play politically.
Good luck with your campaign,
EW

Hmmm.
I've yet to hear a COMPELLING argument that supports the illegality of it all.
Trafficking people in any capacity is illegal by itself. Prostitution doesn't have to be involved to make it illegal.
Civilians and others not involved in $4play have STDs.
For those that make the 'moral' claim, what about turning a blind eye to homeless people? Those starving or just poverty in general? Is it morally sound to ignore these injustices? Child abuse? Domestic violence? It's morally right to stop these things. Corruption and the way corporations and government officials go about. Is all that morally acceptable to watch and do nothing?
Because two adults want to spend an hour together, we have to have LAWS in place to prevent it, because of 'morals'?
Oh, I'm soooo not compelled.

Its legal in vegas when the government can track and deduct from our earnings. But when we do it at home on our own time its illegal. If we do it professionally, of age, pay taxes, no drugs, noviolence they really dont give a crap.
I watched this special on msnbc and it was about prostitutes and they showed how the police picked the girls they arrested, a young looking girl with young looking pics, which would always lead them to a low life pimp. now they skipped over every mature professional provieder that was cviolence free and not creating drama and minding her own bizz.
But most of all its illeagal because the governemet has not figued out how to make each and every girl pay taxes on what she charges for men to fuck her pussy.
