Take a $300 girl that was making $180 plus tip that leaves the Agency tomorrow.... Where does she set her rate?

$240? That's a $33% increase in revenue....
nope..... They come Indy most of the time at the same $300... a 67% increase as a result of dumping management...

That's true but many go away and others lower their prices. The thought process is the money should be theirs NOT the agency that does a minimum amount of work and in some cases not much at all. Most providers don't have the market knowledge and business strategy in place to fit in once the Flavor of the month thing wears off.
