I see you've done Pennsylvania however my I suggest you do just state level since there are 4 general markets in that state or go Pittsburgh - Erie - Harrisburg - Philadelphia.Your choice in city focuses on the second largest city however PA's markets are also effectively by region as well. (The way the highways are laid out has a major effect).
