Two things: The "pillow on the head" was morphed from "pillow over his head" with a "pillow under his head" .. meaning that his head was on a pillow and there was a pillow "above his head" against the headboard ... NOT ON HIS FACE!

His family was fully informed of the events and reviewed the matter with the justice of the peace who "handled" the inquiry ... and the family requested no autopsy and asked that his body be prepared for a burial.

Are you familiar with Marfa, Texas, and the area surrounding it? If so, then you realize that a Justice of the Peace out there would leave no sand grain uninspected in the area if there were the slightest hint of "foul play" in the demise of the most appreciated and respected U.S. Supreme Court Judges on the bench by the vast MAJORITY of the folks the inhabit the area, and Marfa.
