This is interesting. Because Discovery would be very useful. But I also bet what dominion wants is access to any records that could go back to Trump and/or Q related things.

Discovery will sink Dominion if the allegations we all believe to be true are indeed true.

Is Dominion being sacrificed here?

No where in the article does it state that Dominion dropped their lawsuits against the three individuals. All that is stated is that Dominion saw no hope for a SETTLEMENT of their defamation lawsuit. The lawsuits will move forward.

The court filing is to inform the judge of no settlement possibility, as almost all judges require any case to have a settlement conference in an attempt to unclutter the courtroom schedule.

The fact that all defendants are NOT wanting to settle is an important factor.

They all might have a stronger case than is being fed to the public.
