in the poll 5 percent were undecided

now if someone is a likely voter and undecided what could be inferred from that?

my first impression is that a majority of the undecided want to be convinced by trump and are leaning his way

as opposed to, what logic might prefer, the much more likely already solid opinion held about hellary
