Why, after reading her WW post (if she had one), her reviews, her ads, and her website (if she has one), do you need to ask questions about her menu?

You may ask: Well, what if the provider is new and only has a WW post? There are members here who dive in head first into new muff. Be patient for their reports. Or become an intrepid muff-diver yourself.

Normally I like to be an early responder. But I also like things my way ala burger king. However, based on the very insightful information, I shall have to change my strategy.

As always, thank you for your input!

So, been lurking For awhile, when Is It Ok To Ask For Something in Particular? Like When We Are In The Middle Of "Getting To Know Each Other" I Get That Before Is A No Go And That In The Beginning Is Shady At Best. Just Dont Want To Spook a Hard Working Provider And Also Want To Have A Good Time. Sorry For The Caps, cant Figure Out Why my Phone Is Doing It.

There's no bright line rule when you should ask for something in particular. When I hobbied, asking the lass when my dick was in her mouth was usually successful, since it was hard for her to say no -- or really hard for her to say anything, for that matter.

But seriously... If sexual contact has commenced, chances are excellent that you're not embracing an undercover cop, so ask your question, as long as you do so politely. I've never known of a case where a female cop engaged in sexual contact with a suspect. One could -- it's not illegal. But I think a jury would have a real problem convicting on such evidence.

For providers, the same isn't always true. Undercover cops in Houston and all over Looziana -- to give just two examples -- routinely engage in sexual contact with working girls before busting them.

Wow, that is crazy. But I guess I'll just have to learn as I go. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for your work on behalf of the community Jon. Would writing reviews as "fiction" or "dreams" fall into the category of not providing legal protections ? Always seemed that way to me.

"The ass you save may be your own."

Can including a brief -or extensive- description of your sexual preferences and peccadilloes in a profile or sig line be construed as discussion? e.g. "I love a woman who swallows"?

Are reviews self incriminating?

I am not Shyter, but as long as you don't admit to being ccrideher they (the reviews) can't incriminate you.

Read this:

"Can a review be used as evidence in a prostitution case?"

I think you're asking me if describing sexual conduct you like in a profile or sig line constitutes discussing sex so as to make you potentially liable for having committed the offense of prostitution.

A more interesting question (and one that no one has asked - ) is whether a provider listing her offered services in her profile, an ad, or elsewhere would expose her to prosecution for the offense of prostitution. The answer is "no." Communicating preferences or listing services to the general public is not an "offer" as that term is used in the Texas statute making prostitution a crime.

btw, I would avoid using the word "menu" when describing a provider's activities. "Menu" implies a provider lists her activities and the price for each, like the menu at Denny's. While I'm all too aware some providers do this, I don't like that way of thinking and it really doesn't belong here. Hobbyists pay providers for their time. We all should leave it at that.
