In reality, Trump saved Machado’s title and helped her lose the extra pounds, as well.

They had a choice to fire her or see if she could take it off. I wou
ld say the choice he made was benevolent in nature, seeing that she was "under contract" to remain as fit for life of the contract. 60 pounds in 9 months is a lot weight no matter how tall you are.
