Perhaps I am a fool, but I just don't see it. LEOs set up stings where they can arrest multiple johns/escorts in a hotel room, or on the street.

Do you really think they're going to wire an undercover officer, stake out the resturant, follow you to your house and then bust down the door? All those resources for one bust? Have you, or anyone here, ever heard of this happening?

Until I hear of it happening, I still say it's pretty damned fool proof. It's certainly a hell of a lot safer than going to some random hotel. If you're dumb enough to meet some BP/CL girl in her hotel room, you deserve to get arrested.

The problem is you've already contacted them for sex. The crime of solicitation has already been committed. Once you show up at the restaurant you're busted. They don't care where they cuff you, as long as they cuff you. IF they want a bust they'll take it any way they can get it. As Bebee said in post #8, "If there is a sting and you show up - You will be charged."

Look, by no means am I saying you CAN'T get arrested. LEOs can and will arrest you anytime they damn well please. What I'm saying is that they won't go to the trouble. And unless you're an idiot, you haven't solicited anything other than a dinner date.

Stings, by their very nature, are designed to catch multiple johns/escorts. Again, I just don't see them going to all that trouble to arrest one guy on a misdemeanor charge. If you don't see the logic in my posts, I don't know what else to say.

I say they will go through the trouble. I'm sure there are some ladies, especially here, who will meet you for dinner or lunch to get to know you before a session is scheduled, whether on the clock or not, but I seriously doubt that a BP/CL girl would do this. Most would think that this would smell fishy and turn you down in the first place. They're there for sex. Not dinner dates.

So let's say you have dinner and walk away. Then you paid for dinner with an escort instead of sex. What's the point? If you have dinner then solicit for sex and it is a cop, then you're busted. Either way, you lose. A bust is a bust and they'll take it any way they can get it. It increases the their arrest numbers and makes them look good for doing their job.

Cops will pull you over for a burned out tail light just to write a $35 ticket. You don't think they'd jump at the chance to bust a guy for solicitation? I think there has to be logic first for one to see it. I don't think there is any logic to this "fool-proof" way. It seems like a time and money waster to me when all you have to do is see a reputable, proven provider here. Why even take the chance? But hey, give a try. Good luck with it.

eccie, I am intrigued by your method. I see the logic. But, I am surprised that you have much success getting providers you've never met before to meet you for dinner, especially if there's no agreement for a session following dinner. Just like LE wouldn't want to spend the time and resources by having dinner with you with no guarantee of a conviction, I would think most providers would not want to spend the time with no guarantee of session. Seems to me the catch in your method is that you waste time asking providers out to dinner, perhaps piss some off by asking for free time, and maybe get a bad reputation as a tire kicker. What dollar-range kind of providers are you meeting with for free dinners who have never met you before and with whom you have no prior agreement for a session? How often do you get turned down?

Of course the other problem I see is that I'm not sure I WANT to spend my time and money having dinner with someone I've never met before and may not get along with. Seems like a lot of time and money and effort to avoid LE when you could much more conveniently and with at least as much LE safety call up a well reviewed provider.

Porno: Yes, I've met two CL girls in this fashion. I met one for dinner at Saltgrass and the other at a Jack in the Box. I'd talked and emailed quite a bit first before meeting for dinner. And I'm no tire kicker. I respect people's time whether they're a CEO or a ditch digger. I make sure we have an agreed price for their trouble if I don't want a date.

One girl would not meet me and said to come on over. I said no dice and she countered with "come pick me up as I don't have a car". An escort and you can't afford a car payment? LE, robbery, crack/smack whore - whatever... I didn't go.

You don't have to meet for dinner per se - just meet in a public place (resturant, bar, fastfood, etc.). I'm as cautious about having my face bashed in, and getting robbed, as I am about LE. LE wants to control the environment - i.e. their hotel room with video/audio surveillance for prosecution. If a girl agrees to come to your place, you can feel confident that she's not LE. However, she might have guys in tow to rob you. She might not be the girl from the picture and then go psycho when you tell her to get lost. Then LE does show up due to the disturbance.

If a girl won't meet you somewhere in public, forget it and move on. Maybe she's too busy. Maybe she's LE, maybe she's setting you up to get robbed or she looks nothing like the girl in the picture. Sure, it's a bit of a hassle, but much less hassle than getting robbed or arrested!

Using verified girls, that have been reviewed, makes the most sense. However, I myself am not verified and am not going to provide my fkn employment info to p411! Sucks too because newbie friendly charges the same amount, but seems to be a lesser cut in most cases.

Please do not do this though because I'm not certain that such is still the law, and furthermore standing on principal in such situations can get you hurt. I advise cooperation under you can bond out, and then seek a dismissal, which they are expecting you to prevail in anyway.

Best to hobby only in cities and counties where the policy is known, and it's to enforce the law only, without making illegal arrests.
Texas Penal Code:

Sec. 38.03. RESISTING ARREST, SEARCH, OR TRANSPORTATION. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally prevents or obstructs a person he knows is a peace officer or a person acting in a peace officer's presence and at his direction from effecting an arrest, search, or transportation of the actor or another by using force against the peace officer or another.
(b) It is no defense to prosecution under this section that the arrest or search was unlawful.

There is some language in

SEC 9.31 (c) (c) The use of force to resist an arrest or search is justified:
(1) if, before the actor offers any resistance, the peace officer (or person acting at his direction) uses or attempts to use greater force than necessary to make the arrest or search; and
(2) when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect himself against the peace officer's (or other person's) use or attempted use of greater force than necessary.

Good luck:

1) not getting killed, or at least severely beaten, right then, right there.
2) in them not lying about what happened.
3) getting the court to see it your way.
4) not spending a lot of money and time in jail before you get acquitted of resisting arrest.

To each their own Jules. I'm certainly willing to reimburse a girl for her time to meet me and don't expect anything for free. I respect you ladies time and that you don't want to put up with BS. If a provider is too busy, or feels it's too much of a hassle to meet for a cup of coffee, I can respect that.

However, this was not a verified and well reviewed provider, she was from CL. I don't mind if my approach leaves me empty handed. I do mind if my approach leads to arrest or being robbed. If a girl is willing to see a completely unverified client for the first time, no questions asked, something is up.

Default Sure fire screening test?

I do a screen test before seeing someone new, and at times I ask if they are affiliated with any law inforcement agency, and at times I will ask point blank if they are a cop. I was told they can still lie to you, is this true? Origionally from Kansas, where they don't have entrapment laws, what about here? After all our donations are given strictly for time and companionship, only.

Yes, the cops are allowed to lie to you. No, entrapment is not a defense if they do.

The number of ads I read that say money is for time, and in the same ad say greek is extra, is way too many. If, while making the appointment, they ask "is greek extra?" you can say yes or no, and your whole "money is for time" argument goes out the window when you answer. That also goes for BBBJ, MSOG, GFE, CFS, etc.

Screen using refs from known providers. It ain't fool proof, but it's the best idea so far.

this is the best way, reviews work, I wish I had some review's, but other than this, watch the parking lot when you pull in, look for limo tinted car's( it's illegal to have them), sit in the parking lot and watch before you get out, don't rush into it, make time for your appointment's at least an hour of playtime. Walk past your destinated room to check out the scene and last but not least follow your instinct. youtube search sting's, it gives a little insight on sting's.

Many girls think that if they ask that question, it's all good. This could not be further from the truth. Do you honestly believe that they will say, "Why yes, actually, I am a police officer, thank you for asking. I will be leaving now." ??????

That does not vary from state to state. They can lie in any state to get what they want.

Also, ladies, please quit putting that ridiculous legal disclaimer in your ads...you know the one...this is for time and companionship only, anything that may or may not happen is between two consenting adults blah blah blah blah...some of them even cite specific legal paragraphs....it DOES NOT MATTER if you have that in your ad or not. If you get busted, a jury is going to look at your ad and they will give two shits about the legal disclaimer at the bottom. IT MAKES ZERO DIFFERENCE.

The best way to not get busted is to screen. Hobbyist or provider. Guys, see reputable girls and/or do your research. Ladies, screen the Hell out of your clients each time, no exceptions. Everyone wins, no one goes to jail.

Dont discuss sex, and do this.. Print out a limited release for modeling and take it with you to the appointment along with a camera. If you do happen to be arrested in a sting, by showing that your intent was to engage in a non sexual modeling meeting and that you intended for the provider to sign it, any lawyer will get the charge thrown out. Tested and Prooven.
