Only to someone who can't add 2+2.

Being "dishonorable" is not a "crime."

Otherwise Bill would still be serving his sentence and Hillary would be on parole.

You have a point about the prosecutor probly going overboard by charging as many officers as they did with such little apparent evidence. but lets flip the situation here, if a white American had been arrested in say Egypt and ended up dead after a police van ride of spinal injuries. . .would you still say, well we shouldn't disrupt the lives of these honorable officers?
The reason Freddy Grey is dead is because he could not follow the rules and laws of society, up to and including when he decided to stand up in that van and not follow the instructions of the Officers.

One would hope that SouthMouth would understand that from riding the bus so much. When the driver says .... take your seat or keep your seat .... it's advisable!

Freddie wanted to be a victim. And his family got a windfall from his desires to be one.

From the Judge's comments this last legal-lynching-attempt (pun intended) they had no evidence the officer did anything criminally wrong....including criminally negligent.

What wind? What storm? What port? What the hell are you trying and failing to prove THIS time?

I don't have to prove anything. As for you ineptness you prove it yourself.

But since you're an "ole, well-experienced trial lawyer" I would think you would be more familiar with the use of "metaphors" to explain concepts to less experienced and knowledgeable persons, such as those who serve on juries.

But I guess I was correct ..... you've embellished your "experiences" too much.

Ok. That explains it. Thanks!

That's a poor troll, southclown. You can do better.

I suspect Maryland is like most states with prosecutorial immunity, but hopefully a civil rights based claim with some ethical overtones coated with misconduct and egregious failure to follow basic and mandatory case evaluation standards will overcome any partial or whole defense ..... but it will be "interesting" to watch her EXERCISE ALL OF HER RIGHTS WHILE SHE TWISTS IN THE WIND as she is ripped up one side and down the other!

Her early pronouncements and conclusions in press conferences and interviews may well serve as a basis for an intentional act claim.

The Lyncher (Loretta Lynch):

"Today, the Department of Justice is opening an investigation into whether the Baltimore Police Department has engaged in a pattern or practice of violations of the Constitution or federal law. This investigation will begin immediately, and will focus on allegations that Baltimore Police Department officers use excessive force, including deadly force; conduct unlawful searches, seizures and arrests; and engage in discriminatory policing. The COPS Office will continue to work with the Baltimore Police Department and the collaborative reform process will now convert to the provision of technical assistance to the Baltimore Police Department. Some may ask how this differs from our current work with the Baltimore Police Department. The answer is: rather than examining whether the police department violated good policies, we will now examine whether they violated the Constitution and the community’s civil rights. This approach has been welcomed by the Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police, and I want to thank them for their support and their partnership as we move forward." May 8, 2015.

Where's the "love"? Will The Lyncher now begin to investigate the "prosecutor"?
