Default Cant get into chat!!

Trying to get into chat with this new laptop and every time I try it freezes up and says "eccie no longer responding".. This doesn't happen on any other computer but this one, lol. Any suggestions??

Not a lot to go on.

What is the make and model of the laptop?
Which operating system are you using and what version is it?
What browser are you using?

The more information you can share the easier it may be for someone to have some suggestions for you.

Make sure your Adobe Flash player on the laptop is updated to handle that version.

Unhappy Can't get into chat

When I click chat - it loads up - then presents me with a login - and doesn't recognize my password.

I logged out of chat, and logged out of eccie - tried to come back - same problem.

Same challenge for userid & password

I shutdown safari, reloaded it, reset it - tried again - logged into eccie ok, but can't login to chat

Any idea what's up?

Same here. I have rebooted, checked my flash and nothing. Keeps saying connection failed. I can connect to other sites so obviously it isn't my internet connection. What can I try?

Ok i don't get it. I downloaded Google Chrome yesterday and it worked. it worked all day today. Now tonight I am getting the same issues as before. Won't connect to the chat. I don't get it. UGH
