Starlight confirmed that a drone was being used. So much for you idiots. The drone is owned by a local photographer who is taking aerial photos of KC landmarks. So there was a drone and it was taking pictures.

We did in fact have a remote control helicopter hovering safely over the grass area north of the theatre on Saturday evening – a local photographer is getting some really interesting photos of KC landmarks from the air, and he snapped a few for us.
