Lexxxy, what a provider - or anyone else - earns is none of my business. And if they should happen to make more than me, God bless them! Did I ever appear bothered on any of those occasions when I saw you and was between jobs? Hehehe
As for venue, I too prefer the more upscale locales - for me it makes it feel more special. And as I meet clients of my own in many different places, the risk of accidentally running into someone I know doesn't especially bother me.
