I think they will. But there’s not much out there. The Mets are winning and are now in it so Alonso is probably not moving. Roberts Jr is a great talent but can’t stay healthy. He’s a gamble. And expensive. Guerrero Jr is having an off year and the Jays will want a steep haul. There’s a CF in Oakland. Bleday. He’s 26 with numbers comparable to Reynolds. The As are tanking until they get to Vegas. Give them a couple prospects and Suwinski.

... I hope you fellows are correct... Though when I take a
gecko around the National league - I see three or four good
teams and two or three bad ones - and the other 8 or 9 are
ALL in the mix - just like the Pirates.
And the American league is almost exactally the same...

Let's give our lads 'til the mid-break before we pass judgement.

Raise it. If you think the Pirates lineup is weak, the Rays had 3 guys with BAs of 105, 115 and 153. All teams have weak links. MLB should go back to 10 teams in each league.
