ended up being 2 places next door to one another, Tuesday night lights were on but saw a guy was up on a ladder near the front door and appeared to be working on something in the ceiling.

I stopped at the subway today in the same parking lot and they are open! May have to stop in, I eat that subway a lot and always see two in there waiting but never stopped in and have been waiting in a review.

Yeah it was definitely off last Friday as well but when I stopped today the OPEN sign was flashing. The massage next door to charm was still lights off though it used to be Balance.
