It was12:30pm. I texted a request for Sophie at 11:30 and no answer so I dropped in. Lady at desk said Sophie is busy. So I asked for Rachel or Mae and was told Rachel available at 12:30. I left and came back at 12:30 and introduced myself to the gal and she told me her name is Sophie. I was expecting Rachel so who knows…. Hope this helps. I was too lazy to write all that the first time.

I went first time at 9:20 am. Asked for Sophie and got her. There was a much younger woman there at the desk too.
