most legal experts said the RICO charges were going to be hard to sell to the jury for a lot of reasons. one expert said that to sell it the prosecutor had to prove Diddy's entire music career and record company were all started as a criminal enterprise which is clearly not the case. these freak off sex parties didn't start until Diddy started making huge dollars to afford it.


one guy on FOX called it the most overblown and expensive conviction of a pimp in US history.
