At our firm we require a battery of skills testing before hiring select positions. Part of the basic package, together with MS Suite, et al, is incoming phone call simulations, the skills at which, we find, are shockingly low among younger candidates.
I wonder what would really happen in the world if we learned to speak to one another again, and kindly at that.
