The only way Russians will be dislodged is with American troops on the ground and in the air. Joe got not only financial support for Ukraine, but upped the level of arms and aide- and got the other nations to kick in 5 billion in support and Sanctions Against Russia. Joe got Europe to implement numerous sanctions packages against Russia to weaken its economy and diminish its ability to wage war in Ukraine.
This includes financial measures, trade restrictions, and bans on energy imports from Russia including Decoupling from Russian Energy.
But other than that- Joe never said he could stop that war- cause he knew thats a fools errand and unlike Trump-- he knew Putin was a liar and would claim one thing, and then back out.
