Unless you could prove their is fees for service involved, which is felony in this state, otherwise you must prove the actions was consensual, and the case basically turns to be a he said, she said situation. Either way, some dudes are ignorant and take it for granted the good thing happening now.

There’s enough evidence on this site to establish proof. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. The video cameras there if recording are also a source of evidence for both sides. And a good defense lawyer for the dude could poke holes all up in that whore’s story - pun intended.

The situation seems to be an isolated incident though.

Reviews are not proof, maybe probable cause at best. An UC investigation would have to be conducted to prove illegal activity (solicitation) is being offered.

It’s really the TDLR “ Expanded Authority “ that was granted in 2023 that brought a whole new dimension to this ……. TDLR and LE do tend to bring each other in to bolster a case, but there are things happening that would not be happening if the TDLR had not been given such broad authority. It seems to be : Complaint + online search for advertising and reviews+ onsite search by TDLR with possibly Law enforcement support.
