I think the ones that are posting their face dressed in seductive clothing might be, not sure.

If so how are they screening?

I think the LMT that I see also advertises on CL as well as the therapeutics on BP. She looks and is completely legit, but also offers full extras. so to answer your question, you never know for sure.
