Apple stopped supporting FLASH long ago and the only way to do so is use a browser which converts flash to html5. I think it's called Puffin as mentioned by the other reply.

If you're using android, you can use FLASH using the modified flash APK. It works on kitkat and lollipop and used on a daily basis by me.
If you want help with it send me a PM and I'll be glad to help you out.
