"Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" loved that song and every time I hear it I think of the bicycle scene with Paul Newman and Katherine Ross in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid .....

Great guy, indeed. Very good Golfer, adopted a Korean orphan. Like so many Entertainers from the 1960's and 1970's, smoking was second nature for many years. Damn shame.

not to divert my own thread..just rembering them all
another old texas name came to me thinking about bj thomas
roy head
roy and bj were friends and they would go head to head in battle of the band contests in Houston
bj thomas and the triumphs versus roy head and the traits
roy later played out of san marcos for a time
he had a number one hit on the charts with treat her right. that song was one of the very few that broke through the british invasion of those days
play the sound track to tarantino's once upon a time in Hollywood and there is roy with treat her right
