Good point made, does the HB 1540 assign more resources? When resources are slim, they see consensual sex as last on the list.

Without more money, will that change?

Practical policing (and court docket) concerns are still at issue

Moved here in mid 80's along with some other employees.

One day a group of us and wives were socializing and one of the wives comments about this place on Preston just before Frisco.

Said she was driving by and saw a sign "Doll House"
Parked and went in as she was a doll collector.

My opinion is the practical impact will be to throw charges around on suspicion and then drop them as a way to get pleas on other counts.
