Wuhan virus vaccination is shown not to prevent infection - but does prevent most severe courses/complications.
And post -vaccination infected can spread the wuhan virus.

Mass is not Florida or Arkansas. Most of the state population is vaccinated. As you wrote vaccination prevents a most severe courses /complications.
