what does valid value on available now set up mean

used to be all i had to do was click n red circle to green circle to set up avaiable now
but today june 24 2025 form appeared to set beginning and end times for each of 7 days...after setting times i get message saying please enter valid value...what is valid value?? HELP!!

A Valid Value would be a Time for the Beginning and End of your Availability.

The has been an issue when the Providers would set Available Now on their Bio Page and not turn it off when they were no longer available immediately.

The Owners are working with the Programmer to work out some of these issues.

I belieeve that they are still working on the issue at the moment.

Once I hear back from the Owners and IT Staff, I will follow up in this thread to let you know the Available Now feature is working properly.

--personally i think the simply tappng red circle to green was easiest
-why can eccie site not just limit ON green to one hour??
so avaiable now green circle automtically goes to RED after one hour ...similar to what P411 available now ads do..auto off after one hour
