Chain of command is taught the first day of military training.

I was watching some democrat going on about Trump going after every blue city with a black/female mayor and/or police chief. You know the whole racial thing. Do they understand that those failing blue cities conveniently have a black/female police chief and mayor. They've roasted themselves.
