Question Search function maintenance?

I've been having trouble with the search function lately. I can generally search for keywords in a thread, although it was acting up late last week. However, I cannot use the function to find prior posts by someone. I was trying to find a post I had made, and it gave me an error message saying (whatever IP address) cannot connect to server, or something along those lines. It hasn't worked for me all this weekend. Is it just down for maintenance, or what?

I've been having the same problem. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Yes, there are still issues present with the search routines. Here is the thread about it in the Technical Questions forum...

Nothing more to report at this time.
