I have been here 10 years and I just don't see a Provider saying:
" Oh sure Mr. Monger, you were only 80% satisfied with your hour? "
"Well here is your money back!"
or.." Well lets go back there and get you 100% satisfied!"

So what does it mean?

I would say for 95% its a ploy to get your money with false sense of she must be honest ....BUT ..I use that term in my ads and it means if you are not happy I will give you your money back minus my sitter costs and YES I have tried to give the money back before because thou he didnt say anything I thought he was unhappy but turned out not the case just an intervert personality
