Basically useless, for what you want it for. If you would like a natural Testosterone booster start eating a handful of pumpkin seeds every day. After about three or four weeks you may notice some benefits. Rice Bran is good too. It contains a natural plant sterol called Gamma Oryzinol. Most of the male enhancement products you see in stores are way to expensive for what they are worth. What I've mentioned are much cheaper and usually work pretty well.

Yohimbe has serious side effects and dangers to it’s use. i tried it. results have been mixed.

i think its do with the quality of the horny goat weed and how much iicarin is in it.

Ditto on the uselessness of the "traditional remedies". Have tried many, many of them. Use to grab them by the handful everytime I bought condoms or shopped at the health food stores. Not just mixed results ... disappointing results.

Have not found any of these traditional remedies to approach the effectiveness of modern pharmaceuticals.

I've used arginine. that seems to help along with HGW.

I wasn't using it for the last date I had this week. I didn't do too good.

Arginine theoretically should help but in high doses and nobody really knows the dose and the quality of the arginine probably varies from brand to brand so a lot of unknowns here as well.
