Shyster Jon is NO Shyster!

I had a small problem that needed some attention from someone with a bit more power than I possess. I know, hard to imagine me with a lack of power but tis true. Thankfully Jon could help.

I did some research here on the board looking for a lawyer to help me. I found Jon. I reached out to him, we chatted briefly about the situation, I sent the needed information, he drafted the motion and filed it. Within 24 hours I had resolution to my benefit. In other words, I won thanks to Jon.

Ladies, if you need help, don't hesitate to reach out to Jon. We are at a huge disadvantage based on our choice to be in this world. Many think and feel that its ok to hurt us or take advantage because we have no recourse. We do have recourse and there are laws on our side. What this person did was against the law and that is what mattered. Don't let others get away with hurting you, hire a lawyer and go after them.

I'm glad he was able to help you with your problem, however he's not so nice to everyone. I had a run-in with him on the board, when a lady who used to be a member here told him all kinds of ugly things about me. None of which was true but he still harassed me and threatened me all behind a crazy woman. So I think people should do they research before they just jump out and contact him..

Trust me he's not doing things just to be nice to people.

Why would he give you permission to use his rw info when that's not the info he has listed here as his contact?

That yours was not a good experience YMMV....

I'm just saying that I never met the guy personally but whenever somebody that we mutually knew was leaving the board, and she was doing the most to try and out people among other things, he stepped in on her behalf and continue to bash me for the longest time. I tried to explain to him over the telephone that what she did was not proper. He continued to bash me and threaten me..

so I have no faith in anything he says. Like I said I'm glad he helped you there are some good guys on this board that are willing to stick their neck out and help someone that they don't even know accomplish something that they need at the moment.

I just hope me as a person will never have to personally deal with him again.

Of course I've been not living in Texas so there shouldn't be an issue of us having a run-in, unless he steps in and reads this board post and becomes irate again..
