Default Getting approval

Hey I'm curious as to what I have to do to get my assistant approved to do my booking and scheduling. I have emailed dallas@eccie.net and a few moderators but I have heard nothing. If someone knows the appropriate action I would love to know asap

Just out of curiosity, what makes you think you need to have the site "approve" her?

Just give people her number, tell them to set appointments with your assistant, and stop taking them directly.

I do not need any problems with the site. I do not want to get banned so I would perfer someone like a moderator tell me personally that I don't need approval . Otherwise I'm waiting

It's not so much seeking an approval as it is informing the staff of what's going on, it's a part of account security. Keeping the staff informed helps maintain clarity if any issues regarding the account should happen.

We handle a magnitude of issues and one issue that is not not uncommon is reseting an account. Sometimes folks will lose access to the registering email or in one scenario the provider and assistance might part ways in not so good terms. If the staff knows the background of the issue we can help resolve the matter a lot faster.

Pinky thanks for going through the proper channels, I will try to get in touch with your local staff to respond to you. Keep in mind your local staff is here on a voluntary basis and may not be online all the time, sometimes that pesky thing we call real world grabs a hold of us.

I see. It didn't occur to me that her account here had anything to do with who answered her phone or e-mail, and set appointments.

I guess I still don't understand the relationship.

But, since it's not something I'll ever need to worry about, you both go on with yourselves.

Thank you mojojo! I do understand the moderators have a peraonal life I just don't understand why if I do something that is against the rules within minuets I receive an infraction. Yet when I'm fallowing the rules and try to do things the way they are supposed to be done I get no response. I would just like someone to answer me.
