The agents shouldn't have hobbied on the job, but it did not help that Cartagena, where the Summit of the Americas is held, is a popular destination for sex tourism.

Did they break any laws? It's legal in Columbia. If they were "off-duty" how's that different than smoking a cuban cigar on a cruise in the Caribbean? They were the forward team that checks out the location and not the actual team protects the president.

Yes one bonehead agent did break the law.
He is guilty of 'theft of services' for not wanting to pay the prostitute for services rendered....lol
