So I had an interesting conversation at cocktail hour today...

...met this beautiful young thing...early 20's...naive as hell...(but very passionate) ...after a little chit chat she asks what I do and then vounteered her employer...

...a non-profit dedicated to combating the illegal trafficking of sex workers...(for discretion purposes, I'll leave it at that)

Now as a disclaimer, I'll say it is a problem & it doesn't matter if one woman or one million are harmed, it is still a problem....that said....

I did a whole lot of listening and saying, "Oh really?" and "That's interesting:question :"

But during the entire conversation what I really wanted to say was, "Well my hooker friends have a really different take on some of the points you have raised......"

Anyway, amazing who you meet on any given Wednesday

I don't worry about it...I pay for it (in more ways than one). Just happen to be in a wasteland at the moment. But, never fear. My money and the next provider will meet eventually. BTW, I'm a lousy bar conversationalist. I'm as alone on a barstool as I am sitting in my hotel room.

Did you see that 4yr old who still sucked on her pacifier? And the attitude she had?? Boy....I sure would LOVE to keep her for a weekend! It would be a 'life changing' event for her, for sure!
