It's no mystery Obama is a complete fraud. Unfortunately though it's too late to worry with that now. What's done is done. Although there is never a guarantee that a president will be good for the country and do all the right things. We should be able to guarantee he or she was born in the United States.

#1: What was produced by Obaminable is not THE "birth certificate" ... it is a "Certificate of Birth" ... and that is different. The "birth and death certificates" are the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT signed to document the event at the time of the event. It is the most reliable document created to prove the event, because it was original completed "at the time" of the event.

#2: The "certificate of birth" is what amounts to a "report" of the content of the original "birth certificate" or "death certificate" by a "clerk" who claims to have possession of the ORIGINAL document of the event that was completed at the time of the event. The "certificate of birth" is not as reliable, because the "clerk" can make mistakes and/or report erroneous information....either intentionally or carelessly.

The relevance to "current events" is the deficiency in the "vetting" system with regard to persons seeking to come to the U.S. from countries with poor record keeping and/or record storage facilities that have been destroyed by war or natural disasters. Example:

criminal and property records in New Orleans by Katrina. It has also happened along the Texas coast from hurricanes.

Not completely accurate. In 1961 the law states that the parents can pass along their citizenship to their child if he or she is born in a foriegn land. Taking into account of a single parent (the mother of course) it was the law that the mother could only do this if she were of the age of majority (18). Now Barack Obama Sr. already had a wife (there was no divorce at this time) so his marriage to Stanley Ann was invalid. They were never married under US law so not only does this make Obama a bastard (surprise!) but only his mother's nationality and her age matter. In August of 1961 Miss Dunham was 18 years old. But another part is that the mother had to be independent or legally emancipated. There is the rub. Was Miss Dunham and independent adult at the age of 18 or still a child and a dependent of her parents? Of course, all this presupposes that a child was born in a different country to a US parent.


Of course, it does matter. Let's say for the sake of argument (no judgement on my part libtards), that we prove beyond reasonable doubt that Obama was born in a different country and was legally not a citizen of the United States. Many times we have people go to civil court to right a previous wrong. Same could be done here. Can we prove that the democrat party failed to do due diligence when they accepted his candidacy for democratic nomination? If found guilty of neglect, how would you punish the democratic party? Say a one billion dollar fine? About the cost of the compaign. What about every bill that Obama illegally signed? Are they null and void? The money Obama sent to his cronyies, do they have to return it?

Anyway, as far as the birthright thing, just remember that we're talking 1961 and not 2008. Different laws, different circumstances.

I still think its a fascinating intellectual exercise. In the business community we have had cases where somethings had to be undone because of fraud. Imagine you get married to a hot woman. You merge your monies, your property, and your businesses. Then you find out that she is still married to someone else. Your marriage is completely null and void. Every move you made was predicated on the fact that you two were married and were operating as a single entity. Now what? You're not married. Legally, you never were married. I'm sure that the lawyers will spend a lot of time trying to unravel things.
