I just tried to do a search, and I saw that there is a box to check on the search page which says "Also check in child forums."
WTF?

Good catch tikkler33 and thanks.

"child forums" is a Vb term for Sub Forums...it's been brought to our attention before and my understanding is, it's very hard to change that. Rest assured it's on the list of things for the programmer to try and change.
