The age rule should not bother the Asian Massage Parlors in Louisiana. Most therapists working here are well over 30.
On the other hand they will be under continous scrutiny for sex trafficking.

I wonder what the real motive is? Some more private prisons I bet.

The only time ive ever felt like i saw someone who was there against their will were at amp's.

Either that or something equally sinister. The idea that providers under 21 are usually trafficked is preposterous.
