I have ran into quite a few just walking around. If she's not with a guy, just look at her, smile, and say hi as you walk by. If she's a pro, she will stop and talk to you to see if you're interested in fun.

Others found me when I was playing a few slots or video roulette. Again, as I'm playing the games, I'm on the lookout for women, then smile and say hi when I see one.

One I ran into on the elevator going back to my room. I took it that she just finished with another client, so that was a bit of a turnoff for me, but got her number for later action.

It's easy pickins out there, some with major cases of GPS, but plenty of others there if they do, and they get more willing to negotiate as the night goes on. One trip a couple of years ago, I was approached 8-10 times every night (friday and saturday night) at the hotel, most from just walking around smiling and saying hi. The sunday night was a bit slower, but was still approached 4-5 times that night. Most were from like 10pm-5am.

Another hotel on a different trip we were bs'ing with one of the guys working in the food court of the casino, and said "man you must enjoy working here with all these hot women all the time." He said "Yeah, most of them are escorts." Then he went on to start pointing them out and telling us their rate, etc. Apparently he was very much in the know. haha Good intel from a source you wouldn't expect.

The ones I had fun with didn't do either, but I was very selective on who I had chose. There were some hot ones that were players or very business-like, some I didn't want to fuck, and some that were fun and hot.

I weeded them out until I was sure the girl fell into that last category, and I set the expectations up front. I was clear about what I wanted and was willing to pay. I didn't leave any valuables out or give any of the girls a chance to steal anything, so there were no theft issues either.

You have to be careful if you get really drunk not to pick out some player or thief, but if you keep your head about you and are careful with your selection, then you'll be fine.
