From BDM...a rant

[BDM]

Sometimes I get pissed in the hobby like I do at work. I get pissed when people can't do they're job.
I have cash so we are gonna hook up. I take a $7.00 pill that's really $20 but I know where to get them for 7 and we are gonna hook up.
I go to the fucking atm and get a $200 donations out and don't even know if I can get it up I'm so tired.
I go through the due diligence to make sure I'm not going to get busted by the boys or get into it with a "Manager" and I'm also horney........then after it's all set.....you can't "make it".
That sucks.
I know reliable girls....they are always out of town when this happens.
They come back to town and they are my loves.
If you have horrible TCB skills we should out you here.
Go work at Sonic.

Don't quote me, but a cancellation could possibly be test of your character. Especially if it's a first apointment. Who would want to chance being with someone who whines and who flies off the handle with reoccurring text bombs. I wouldn't blame them at all if they used this method. There are too many faceless sociopaths out there.

Right out of the gate one of my very first hobby experiences reconfirmed for me that you should always hope for the best but plan for the worst.

She was a touring lady (very highly touted) $1k for 2 hrs. I confirmed with her assistant days ahead. We were good to go. The day of appointment her assistant mistakenly called me and without confirming the voice just started talking about a guy who was on his way up to see her and going on and on about all kinds of details. So I said hello hello and she about shit her pants and hung up.

Later that evening I take a nice long shower using body salts and lotions, get lathered up with good smelling body fragrance, spend time looking in the mirror grooming myself, and dress up in my "The Titanic's going down finest". I grab a Cuban just to see how I look but I don't lite it. I grab the funds from my secret vault, grab the package of her favorite tea that I bought, hop in my black on black King of the road and fly down the freeway like I'm a boss. I finally get to her upscale spot and let her assistant know I'd arrived. Her assistance calls me back within 10 min telling me that the AC went out in this semi-luxurious hotel in the Galleria area and that she's hesitant to see me because it's too hot.

So I literally wait for 45 min and she calls me back saying it's too late and she can't see me. I really got my feelings hurt because getting rejected in such a manner was a new experience. As I hopped back on the freeway I was upset for like 5-10 min and then it all dissipated. It did teach me a valuable lesson though, which is expect on the spot cancellations and build this into your plans. After some time had passed she emailed saying she was back and in town and wanted to make up for it, I passed on the offer but I do plan on seeing her one day with new and tempered expectations.
