How do I get verified, so I can meet some of these fine women. I have no references as I am new to the hobby. Does ECCIE have a program for that.

You guys are going to have to search for girls that are newbie friendly to establish yourselves or you can get p411 which would make things easier for you. Eccie doesn't have a verification system.
