Cell phone logistics and etiquette.
1. Say I text a girl at noon. Does she have free reign to text me back at 8:00pm? Or three days later? What is the ballpark time of passage before she shouldn't hit you up?
2. Do y'all clients use a "burner" type app or get a separate tracfone or what? How y'all handle logistics of cumfidential information?

It's always best to give someone a time frame if you text them.
"I am interested in seeing you on Friday morning. If you get this text within the hour, feel free to respond here. Otherwise please email me at trickydicky@hotmail.com. Thanks, Dick"
I hesitate to text anyone back after about an hour if I think there is any chance it might get them in trouble.

I only text if her ad says text is ok. Then I go from there. I have no need for a burner phone.

If you are worried about getting texts at a bad time then you definitely need a hobby phone or app.
A provider may have a lot of reasons for not answering your text in an hour, 8 hours or even a week.

But if you're gonna text whenever you get into town on occasion, please provide a name:
Something like:
"This is ______________. Hope I have the right number. In town now.

A simple "search" for this question will provide you with enough information that you can spend your whole 4 day Thanksgiving weekend reading and studying.
Or, you can go buy yourself a prepaid minutes hobby only phone and go from there.

I usually give them a cut off point.. aka "if I do not hear from you by HH:MM on MM/DD then I will assume you were booked up and will try another time"
that is very polite and respectful of her time, plus it removes a responsibility from her of contacting you only to tell you she cannot see you at the time you are thinking.. she can let it time out.

Yes a separate burner phone is better than any app if you have the need to be discrete when you're at home. An app stays on your personal phone and it's usually running in the background so technology is already your enemy there. A burner phone can be shut off and hid (spare tire etc.) until you need it and you're free to use it.

Personally, I have a full time job (freelance with flexibility), two kids, a boatload of volunteer work, and THEN the hobby. Therefore, it may very well be 24 hours before I respond to a text or an email. I know I've lost a couple gents who need quicker response (and I cry alligator tears over them.)
If a gent needs immediate response, he will soon learn I'm not the girl for him. If he wants a provider who hobbies on the side because she ENJOYS it, and he respects her private time, he will soon be thankful he waited patiently for my response. :-)

A burner is smart , unless you want to be in bed next to yor so when a txt message goes off that says "hey baby, I'm horny , come see me" or random calls at other unconventional times
