Fergosun Decision Rendered... Predictions?
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/n...ions/19474907/
will anyone in Dallas react negatively, i.e., looting, car attacks, etc...? what about other cities outside of St. Louis? how much rioting in Fergosun?
and what if the Grand Jury partially indicts? say, manslaughter over murder?
my feeling is there will not be complete exoneration of the Police Officer, thus any reactions, rioting and looting, will be mild.. I don't expect a "full" indictment".. even if the Officer is not charged with anything, I think the reaction will be more subdued than feared/predicted..

I predict nothing will happen in Dallas based on what happens in St Louis. In Ferguson, civil unrest will occur if things don't go the way they think it should, but I don't think it will get out of hand again.
Famous last words I guess.

Trouble either way
Sadly, either way the Grand Jury decision goes there will be some degree of unrest in the state of Missouri. It's a lose/lose situation......no group wins.

He's going to get no-billed. There's really no other reason to delay the announcement. They're giving commuters a chance to get home and out and away from the fray.
Frankly, it is a matter of riot now or riot later. Had they indicted him, they would have had a very hard time getting him convicted, which would have just led to riots at that time. Probably going to be lighter and easier to deal with at the holiday than in the middle of say, April or so.

I think they will take the cowards way out to try to prevent a riot and the cop will get the short end of the stick.
They should just wait for Wednesday when it is raining/snowing and announce it at 5 am in the morning.

Indications by how the officials have handled the announcement and the recent alert by the Governor, we have our people, utility assets, and LE protected, suggesting thugs be aware, I predict - no indictment.
The officer however will never report to duty there and perhaps may have to change his career choice in a far off location.
We will know in little over an hour.

i guess we shall wait and see what happens. I don't think threats of protesting can move the grand jury.
Also why destroy property that your taxes would have to be used to replace in the first place, makes no sense

A lot of the rioters are from out of town/out of state on a black friday shopping spree.
OJ got off scot-free because of fear of riots.

They should sit on the announcement until Friday. Black Friday madness and then riots ... the local tv stations would be salivating.

Like I said.. no-billed. Had he been indicted on any of the counts, they wouldn't have waited to announce it.

"If the glove doesn't fit, you have to acquit." (Or no-bill in this case.) The idiots were/are going to riot no matter what, and the pinko-liberal press will write/say what a travesty it is, and Obama/Holder will open a civil rights violation case against the policeman.

Predictable ruling. Predictable reaction. Sad and tragic all the way around...
