HELP..unable to email web support or access eccie with my premium account.

Hello

My user id on Eccie is : Spdbird

I am in the Dallas forums.

I have been given premium access for writing reviews.

When I log in I am unable to access any of the site; it seems my account may have been disabled.
I have no indication or understanding why.

I have tried emailing web support@eccie.net but yahoo mail returns all my emails as undeliverable.

I created a new Id : Spdbird07 to see if my computer or browser was the issue but I am able to access the site under that Id.

(if it is a glitch with eccie, then I also need to delete this spdbird07 account now as I just wanted to see if i had a tech issue on my end)

Can you tell me why my account is not active or what the problem may be?

Please contact dallas@eccie.net im not sure where that support email was from but it's the one I've provided is the correct one.

I also tried that email and yahoo returns it too as undeliverable.

I will try from a google account.

Reset for ya! When this happens do not create a new account simply email the staff and we will fix it for you.
