Or is there just way too much negativity going around right now? So with one of My News Years resolutions being supplementing negative for positive thoughts I am going to add something fun to this Section.....

So I have been working out and losing weight since the first well as looking forward to blowing you guy's socks off......I have already gained a few ATF Awards.

What positive things have you done lately?

the same - working out, eating clean, and getting fit for the last few months. Bodyfat is almost at a single digit, muscle mass is improving and I need new clothes

Totally rearranging my house/streamlining & eliminating clutter/organizing/finally hanging drapes/creating a fabulous art studio/ and that was just this past week!

It feels cleansing and purposeful.

Good job, you two on the exercise!

Wonderful thread. I had an awesome workout on the stairclimber at the gym. Congrats to losing weight.
I worked out with another person today and helped that person figure out what to do in regards to a relationship. That was my good deed today.
