I agree.....
How many businesses launch smear campaigns against their competition?
How many businesses send in clients to undermine those businesses or to gather information and bring it back?
How many businesses pretend to be someone they are not to pump up their own business in the form of a review or to participate in client only discussions?
Ok... well.. that 3rd one is rather common......
MOST businesses that pretty well booked tend to fix and raise rates for those last few appointments..... Seeing a business advertise.....
"Sorry but we are almost sold out but in order to sell these last few we will go ahead and lower the price" is NOT a typical business ploy..... usually the sign of desperation actually...
Claire makes an excellant point in regards to how Providers should run their business more like a business......
