How is it that a False/Untrue Reviews Posted w/ a Providers Personal Info be allowed to remain

Hello everyone, My question is simple. I am a provider and have been the topic of at least 3 reviews posted by TEAParty. This member is my ex-husband and has lied in all 3 of the reviews posted with my personal information.

In a forum discussion, his real first name was listed and the moderators eliminated that particular posting because it contained his personal information. His first name.... However, he was allowed to post 3 untrue reviews that not only contained my first name, but my full name, personal email addresses, city in which I reside and yet, those Reviews and threads have not yet been removed. Can someone please advise on whether the forum rules apply to only members and not providers... I was under the assumption that once information was posted that the information is to assist members and providers. I obviously was incorrect. By the way I have not listed either of our personal information in this query, although, I'm certain that everyone in those forums is fully aware of who I am and what my real name is. Please provide some input as I am seriously confused not just as a member, but as a provider as well...

I have email the owner and other moderators, no one had responded and some of them haven't even taken the time to read the email. That's why, I thought I should start a thread. Perhaps one of them will respond.

You're getting screwed, and not in a good way. Personal information that is allowed should be very limited.

Thank you for your support, however, I am a provider... NONE of my personal information should ever be allowed as it may possibly put a series of unfortunate exposure as a provider, i.e, SAFETY issues. of course there is nothing I can do regarding TEAParty an the damage he has done, but at this point, this is not just about me. If this is allowed to remain posted, this questions the forum guidelines and puts and allows additional providers/members personal information at risk. If you feel that I am mistaken, by all means please advise so..

he also did two reviews of ladies in Las Vegas however I have been told that he was in Houston during the time that these two reviews where written.

Thalia, I feel for you and the Houston Mods should delete the reviews, all three of them IMHO. I don't think it is fair that those can be linked to your profile on here.

It looks like that jerk off's account has been disabled, but the reviews have been allowed to stand. They should all be removed asap. How fast do those stripper names disappear? Pronto.

I thank you guys and appreciate the support, TEAParty is indeed far more than a jerk, but at this point, he's done far more damage with things like this. Which includes postings on several other sites all negative of course. For the moderators, I have not seen or to TEAParty since exactly 10/1/2010 and police were present. These review and the forums should be removed as requested in my email to you. Not just one, but two. I don't feel it's fair that he be protected by the removal of a posting that clearly indicated his first name and perhaps the area in which he lives, which by the way was approx .5 of a mile down from my home. Because he has posted my home address on one of the sites, I have had to move. I am being left out there to any and everyone with all of my personal info. I literally have to google my name every morning for the latest and greatest. I did not think that the removal of the false reviews and the threads that contain photos from our vacations in Destin Florida that clearly identify my face, to go along with my personal info was an unreasonable request.

Clearly the guy is a Vicious Asshole in need of an ass-whoopin! Even the posters on some of his false-reviews sniffed him out.

I suggest you RTM each one of those just to make sure the Mods get the point. They'll do what's right!
