Legal age in KC & MO

Hey everyone. I'm from Texas originally, where the legal age is 18. I assumed that is the same everywhere. So I've been trolling Whisper lately and saw some guy post looking for a girl 16+ to mess around with and said he was 32. I sent him a message saying "Looking for jail time?" So he calls me stupid and says age of consent in KS is 16. Surprised, I looked it up for all the states and sure enough, that's what it said and also the MO is 17.

Now I'm personally going to play it safe of course and stick to 18 and older but I was kinda shocked. Is this real or am I missing something?

If its real, kinda makes me wonder why you don't see 16 or 17 your olds posting here, unless its a national eccie rule to not support that.

When it comes to P4P anything under 18 WILL get you felony charges.

Try to remember that there is a big difference between normal age of consent laws vs. P4P laws.

And Sugar Baby laws fall somewhere in between... So its best to play it safe and stay over 18.
(Personally I like my ladies over 26... They tend to be a bit more mature.)

Also know that it is irrelevant when it comes to the guideline of this board... NO talking about any one under 18 PERIOD!

As Elum said ...the age of consent law is irrelevant to what the guidelines here state someone's age should be for them to participate here, or to even be having this type of discussion.
