Default Banner ads at top of page in Dallas area

Is there ant way to disable those? They make things really dicey when viewing the site at work.

Don't think so. Those are paid ads that pay to keep the site up and running.

Accessing this site at work is dicey period. Think twice before you do something that crazy.

In many places of employment, the owners have software to record everywhere you have been on the internet. Think about the possible effects of that.

Use Firefox and look for an "add-on" for what you want to do (as in "block").

You have the right to block anything from your computer that you want to. It's as simple as right-click and whatever you don't want to see ever again will stop appearing.

That said, those banner ads pay for this site and you wouldn't want to block them from popping up. I would not recommend blocking these ads from appearing. But you do what you want to improve page-load times and faster browsing.
