Ive visitied once and was so confused because it was so big ! which area is the best to stay in ? any info helps

Westchase, Galleria, The Heights, Mid Town.

North, NW although it's not Central so that may be hit or miss.

It will migrate. They only hunt them any more in Norway and Japan. Well - and I guess North of Alaska too, when it is ice free. Otherwise, they are protected everywhere else.
